What a great night!
Engaging Artistic to cater was the best thing we could have done for the event.
From our first meeting when the suggestions came thick and fast, I knew we were in very safe hands. We decided we would have tasting stations, which was handled with total competency and flare.
On the night it was surprise after surprise as the food came out, not only was the food delicious but there was plenty of it and a fantastic variety.
I should also mention how good the staff were, nothing was too much trouble and the staff remained cheerful and professional throughout the evening.
Artistic exceeded our expectations.

We had a FABULOUS time and everyone loved the venue, the food and the staff were friendly and helpful and just so calm.
Several guests from Melbourne and NSW are now planning retreats because they loved the venue so much.
It was absolutely the best decision I made to hold the party at GCC. To have such a large space, so warm, all for us, with our own music and dedicated staff is just something you would never find in a restaurant or pub, especially on a Saturday night. Given many guests were travelling from NSW and Melbourne it was perfect to be able to offer them accommodation on site.
Thankyou again. It really was the most perfect place and the party went by with no hiccups at all.

A belated thanks for all your assistance for last week’s program. It turned out to be a great success with one of the teachers stating it was the best food they had ever had at school program!!

Thank you for your terrific contribution to Open Day 2010 for the RMIT College Business. Whether you assisted in the lead up to the event, on the day itself, or post event, you helped to make our Open Day a success.
On such a fine Melbourne winter’s day, 29,592 visitors visited the RMIT City campus.
For the College of Business…
- Over 300 delicious lunch boxes were consumed
- Close to 400 drink bottles were issued to staff and student to help us quench our thirst
Open Day cannot be staged without the professionalism and goodwill of people like yourselves and the exceptional efforts of the RMIT Business Open Day Planning Committee.

Everybody just loved the venue, and we were so thrilled with how everything was set up and laid out for us, the extra space made all the difference, and i think impressed our guests. Hello Emma,
I am writing to let you know that the CFC Breakfast at The Deck @ Regatta Point yesterday went extremely well. I met with Luke on Thursday afternoon to go through the final details and yesterday morning everything went off like clockwork. I must congratulate Luke and his staff on their enthusiasm and efficiency. They were terrific. It was also a beautiful morning and so the view from the Deck was magnificent. I would like to offer my thanks to everyone involved. I loved the venue.
